  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the congress are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@ascvts2014.org. Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the programme.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
  • Registration Fees include 18% VAT.
  • The Asian Society for Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery (ASCVTS) plans to take photographs and video material at the 22nd Annual Meeting of the ASCVTS in Istanbul, Turkey and reproduce them in ASCVTS educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the ASCVTS website. By participating at the 22nd Annual Meeting of the ASCVTS in Istanbul, Turkey, you grant ASCVTS the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of ASCVTS. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by ASCVTS for any purpose.

2 To be eligible for the trainee / nurse & perfusionist rates, trainee / nurse & perfusionists are required to produce documentary evidence of their status. 4The venue of this workshop is Center of Advanced Simulation and Education (CASE), Acıbadem University. Please note that there are limited spaces for the wetlab and the registration will be porcessed on a first-come first-served basis.  Congress registration is mandatory to register for this workshop.

Cancellation Policy - Registration:

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the ASCVTS 2014 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@ascvts2014.org.

  • Cancellations received before or on February 14, 2014 - 50% of the total will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received on or after February 15, 2014 - no refund

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ASCVTS 2014, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
