  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the congress are requested to contact the registration secretariat at registration@ascvts2014.org . Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the programme.
  • The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or regular deadline, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.
  • Registration Fees include 18% VAT.
  • The Asian Society for Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery (ASCVTS) plans to take photographs and video material at the 22nd Annual Meeting of the ASCVTS in Istanbul, Turkey and reproduce them in ASCVTS educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the ASCVTS website. By participating at the 22nd Annual Meeting of the ASCVTS in Istanbul, Turkey, you grant ASCVTS the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of ASCVTS. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by ASCVTS for any purpose.


    • 1     These registration types include congress participation and one of the AATS-ASCVTS Post-Graduate courses.  
    2 To be eligible for the trainee / nurse & perfusionist rates, trainee / nurse & perfusionists are required to produce documentary evidence of their status.     3 For those who wish to attend Cardiothoracic Nursing Course on April 4-5, congress registration is mandatory.
    4The venue of this workshop is Center of Advanced Simulation and Education (CASE), Acıbadem University. Please note that there are limited spaces for the wetlab and the registration will be porcessed on a first-come first-served basis.  Congress registration is mandatory to register for this workshop.

  • Cancellations received on or after February 15, 2014 –  no refund

  • Please make your reservations early; bookings are on a first-come first-served basis.

  • Rates quoted are in Euros, per room per night, including breakfast except Çırağan Palace Kempinski and including taxes.
  • Deadline for hotel reservations is March 1, 2014. For reservation requests after that date, Dekon may not be able to guarantee any available rooms with the above-mentioned room rates.
  • Rooms will be reserved only after receiving one night deposit by credit card or bank transfer, and will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Payments should be completed before or on January 31, 2014. If the payment is not completed until that date, only one night reservation will be kept and the remaining unpaid nights will automatically cancelled.
  • For reservation requests on or after February 1, 2014, full payment by credit card or bank transfer will be required for confirmation.
  • Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs. If you expect to arrive earlier than the check-in time and require guaranteed check-in on arrival, please make your hotel reservations for the day before.

    In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.

    Cancellations of daily tours should be received in writing by the ASCVTS 2014 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@ascvts2014.org . An administrative fee of € 10 will be applied for any cancellations before or on March 15, 2014.
    Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations on or after March 16, 2014.
    Please note that tour refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of ASCVTS 2014, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
